Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using TrussCV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use or access our service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

TrussCV provides an AI-powered technical mock interview simulation, resume evaluation, Git-style diff suggestions, and candidate verified placement grid matching. The service is provided as-is.

3. USER ACCOUNTS & ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years of age to register or use our service. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree not to:

  • Submit false information or manipulate resume details to trick our evaluation systems.
  • Cheat during mock interviews (e.g. using third-party aids, external AI assistants, or unauthorized materials).
  • Scrape candidate information, recruiter profiles, or scores from our verified grid.
  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.

5. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING

Subscriptions (Candidate Pro plans) renew automatically unless cancelled. Recruiters can purchase one-time credit packs.

Refund Policy: You are eligible to request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied, provided no credits have been spent or no interviews have been completed during that time.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain full ownership of all resume text, documents, and transcripts you submit. We own all rights, titles, and interests in the TrussCV platform, branding, logo, evaluation models, and scoring algorithms.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Mock interviews, scores, and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence. They are for evaluation simulations and resume advisory purposes only. TrussCV does not guarantee employment, job callbacks, or placement accuracy. The platform is provided without warranties of any kind.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrussCV's total liability is capped at the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrussCV, its officers, employees, and directors from any claims arising out of your misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in your local jurisdiction or as mutually agreed.

12. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms or engage in cheating or fraudulent activities.
